The 45 minute indoor cycling workout that takes the best outdoor ride and transforms it into a fast and effective workout to improve strength and endurance.

Combining the best of interval training and great music, Ride is a music driven class that challenges you at your own level but offers you guidelines to help you get the most optimal workout in a short duration. You get to decide how fast, how much resistance and your own intensity level. A lower body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to motivational beats, Ride will push you to your limits!
All levels are welcome and encouraged.

In this 45 minute ride, you will climb hills, sprint back down, and sprint on flat roads with periods of recovery built in. You will feel just like you are riding with your “pack” outdoors! With optimal rotations per minute (RPMs) set to the beat of music, following along with your instructor will be easy. You can set your own resistance to make your ride your very own. You can challenge yourself where you are today, whether that’s going a little lighter or all in with heavy resistance (or anywhere in between!).

The periods of anaerobic highs and aerobic recoveries make this an optimal class to activate the exercise post oxygen consumption (EPOC) benefit of a big calorie burn for a long time after leaving class. You get all the benefit of an intense high interval workout without any impact. Cycling provides a huge benefit to all exercisers no matter your age, ability, or intensity level!
