This high-intensity, full-body workout combines strength training, endurance work, agility drills, and speed challenges into one powerful session. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned athlete, Chisel will meet you where you are and push you beyond your limits.

The class is structured in four blocks of five exercises. Each exercise lasts 90 seconds, demanding focus and grit, with a quick 30 second plyometric burst in between exercises to keep your heart rate high and your energy fired up. This format delivers variety, intensity, and results in every block, keeping your body guessing and your mind fully engaged.
