30 minute focused burner that will leave you feeling sweaty but accomplished!
Dirty30 is a simple thirty minute challenge style workout that will appeal to seasoned athletes, as well as those just beginning their fitness journey. The workout is scaled to the individual’s fitness level, so it is inclusive and accessible to all!. Dirty30 consists of one circuit with 3 exercises of a certain focus (Lower Body, Upper Body, Core, or Plyo). The rep count increases by one with each round you complete, while every two minutes there will be an isometric hold and or pulse exercise for 60 seconds. After seven rounds, watch out for the 90 second burner to end the class! Simple, yet not easy. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
