FlowFire is where strength meets mindfulness, and movement becomes transformation. This energizing class blends yoga sculpt Pilates, and HIIT into a seamless flow that challenges body and mind.
You’ll begin with an accelerated warm-up to ignite your fire, set your intention, and focus your energy. From there, you’ll build flow foundations with a vinyasa sequence before layering in sculpt moves for strength and stability. Expect to feel the rhythm of the music as you push, flow, and sweat with purpose.
The full class includes Pilates-inspired mat work to target your core and break up the standing strength, followed by a second round of yoga sculpt to take your movement to the next level. A powerful one-minute finisher closes the workout before you sink into a mindful cooldown and relaxation—leaving you centered, accomplished, and lit up from the inside out.
Classes are 30 or 45 minutes.
