HIIT THE BIKE is a powerful class involving Interval Training with two major blocks of work that each encompass 3-4 tracks or songs.

HIIT the Bike takes high-intensity interval training to the next level by combining the power of cycling with dynamic floor work. This class is built around two major blocks of work, each spanning 3–4 songs, so the energy never stops and the challenge keeps building.

The format alternates between 8 minutes on the bike and 8 minutes on the floor. On the bike, you’ll push to your max with all-out cardio efforts that test endurance, power, and grit. Off the bike, you’ll tackle bodyweight or strength-based exercises designed to build muscle, stability, and resilience. Together, the alternating blocks let you train both aerobically and anaerobically, with active recovery periods that help you dig deep and perform at your best every time.
