Yoga cardio sculpt! Let’s leave it all on the mat!
m’bala takes a yoga flow and marries it to both high-intensity cardio and strength training intervals. Don’t be fooled by starting in Child’s Pose! This is a total-body workout where we get it all done! We start with a warm-up, bust out a Tabata sequence, rock out some squats, and then build our yoga flow. Once we’ve gotten acquainted with our flow, we conquer a strength series, touch base with our push-ups, and then spend four full songs sculpting in our yoga flow! The m’bala experience asks you to bring along your best coordination, practice your balance, and lengthen and strengthen your muscles - all with a can-do attitude. Sound like a challenge? You’re right. But it’s a worthy one!
