The harder you work, the more calories you’ll burn during and after class. This format allows you to combine strength and cardiovascular work into a power packed 55 minutes.

It is rooted in the original methods practiced by Joseph Pilates including linking breath with movements to target specific core muscles. The low impact movements in a Pilates class work to build strength, tone muscles, and create long, lean body lines. It is performed seated and laying on a Yoga mat. All levels of fitness can benefit from this class and are welcome and encouraged.
