The harder you work, the more calories you’ll burn during and after class. This format allows you to combine strength and cardiovascular work into a power packed 55 minutes.

Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that works to tone all muscle groups with a specific emphasis on the core. It is rooted in the original methods practiced by Joseph Pilates including linking breath with movements to target specific core muscles. The low impact movements in a Pilates class work to build strength, tone muscles, and create long, lean body lines. It is performed seated and laying on a Yoga mat. All levels of fitness can benefit from this class and are welcome and encouraged.
