You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

It is rooted in the original methods practiced by Joseph Pilates including linking breath with movements to target specific core muscles. The low impact movements in a Pilates class work to build strength, tone muscles, and create long, lean body lines. It is performed seated and laying on a Yoga mat. All levels of fitness can benefit from this class and are welcome and encouraged.
